us know! We frequently deliver even farther out, and
special accommodations can usually be made to suit your project - and
your wallet.
NOTE: Extra fees may vary depending on how far you
are outside our service area.
Q.*Service Area Limitations
A.Due to insurance policy, Bouncing Al's is not able to service events in County Parks or Apartment Complexes. Thank you for your understanding.
HOA, Private & City Parks, and Mobile Home Estates must email written consent from management to BouncingAls@gmail.com before booking.
Q.Minimum Order
A.Bouncing Al's has a minimum order amount of $150.
Q.Rain & Wind Policy
A.During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations prior to delivery (refunded or a rain-check valid for 1 year - at Bouncing's Al's discretion).
If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping the Inflatable Amusement Device, or canceling your order, and if you choose not to cancel in the event of (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) occurs then there will be no refunds on the rental.
Q.Cancellation Policy
A.At Bouncing Al's we understand that life happens fast and there are some situations we have no control over.
In case of emergencies, Bouncing Al's will gladly apply any amount already paid to a future event (within 365 days from the day of the initial event)
The 50% Non-refundable booking fee is non-refundable. However, amount paid over the booking fee is refundable only if your event is canceled more than 72 hours before your scheduled event.
Any cancellations within 72 hours of your event are completely non-refundable.
